1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd9a ("bd9a", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bd9a.io ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by bd9a, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

To register an account with bd9a and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either voluntary or regulatory, that prohibits you from accessing online gambling platforms.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts, including through the use of different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

bd9a reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such a decision. Registration of an account does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular game, feature, promotion, or service on the Platform.

3Account Security and Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account. bd9a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

bd9a operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. As part of this programme, bd9a may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request that you provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your account (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet; bank statement)
• Selfie photograph holding the identification document submitted

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by bd9a may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily. bd9a processes all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bd9a supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5Bonuses and Promotions

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bd9a Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct and settlement of that particular game or bet.

bd9a reserves the right to void, cancel, or reverse any bet or game result in the following circumstances:

• Technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that materially affected the outcome of a bet or game
• Evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting corruption affecting the event on which a bet was placed
• Manifest error in published odds, game payouts, or market data
• Evidence that the bet was placed in breach of this Agreement or in conjunction with prohibited conduct as described in Section 7

bd9a's decision regarding the settlement of all bets and games is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 14 of this Agreement.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd9a Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software errors, game vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using bd9a as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activity
• Opening more than one account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account operation
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bd9a staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any software used on the Platform

8Intellectual Property

All content on the bd9a Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, interface design, software, text, images, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bd9a or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any content on the Platform beyond the limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bd9a. Unauthorised use of bd9a's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and other legal remedies.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd9a, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond bd9a's reasonable control
• Errors in odds, game payouts, or market data that are corrected in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Actions taken by bd9a in good faith pursuant to its obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming frameworks

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit bd9a's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10Privacy and Data Protection

bd9a collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bd9a uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

bd9a does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged to operate the Platform, process payments, verify identity, or comply with legal obligations, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

11Responsible Gaming

bd9a is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. bd9a offers a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within the account settings, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 12Account Suspension and Termination

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting bd9a's customer support team. Where account closure is requested and no outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, or unresolved investigations exist, your verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within seven business days of the closure request being processed.

Accounts closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or material breach of this Agreement will have their balances forfeited in full. bd9a will not be obligated to return any funds to an account closed on these grounds.

13Amendments to These Terms

bd9a may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bd9a will provide at least seven days' advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bd9a operates an internal complaints and dispute resolution process as the first point of contact for all player disputes.

To raise a formal dispute, players must submit a written complaint to bd9a's customer support team at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, and the resolution sought. bd9a aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to issue a final decision within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information.

bd9a's decision on any dispute is final and binding, subject only to the player's right to seek independent legal advice or other remedies available under applicable law. bd9a's decisions on the settlement of individual bets, game outcomes, and the application of bonus terms are not subject to reversal through the dispute process except where a manifest error by bd9a is established.
